Bernadene has been working in the Pilates industry for more than 10 years. She danced professionally for a while but then decided to take up Pilates as a full time career. An eternal student, always in search of innovative ways of teaching, she strives to help clients discover their own potential from within.

After been in the corporate industry ML decided to spread her wings and explore her inner self and and enrolled to become a Yoga teacher. She loved the freedom that it provided for her. We cannot be happier to have this ray of sunshine as one of our instructors.
Shenell is a fun and enthusiastic instructor. She is no stranger to movement and anatomy and is always up for a challenge. Shenell loves working with a variety of clients, at all levels and ages, creating each session to the needs of the clients. person for all your wellness needs.

Kylie's intention is the ensure everyone leaves class feeling a little lighter, more balanced, calm and collected and fully committed to continuing down their own path to reconnecting with their true selves. Kylie is a 500 level hatha yoga teacher with a devoted love for everything calm, tranquil, slow and serene.

Janine owns her studio in Cape Town (Spring Pilates) and guest teaches in JHB occasionally. She draws strength from all the disciplines she gained experience in, including orthopaedic rehabilitation, ballet and dance training, Pilates and more, to push you to your limit to improve and reach your goals.
