Yoga Beginners Workshop

This 2 day beginners course will give you a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the main yoga poses.


Ros will focus on different standing and seated poses and categories of poses, e.g. forward bends, twists, backbends, etc. You will also be introduced to the concept of vinyasa flow and breathing exercises (pranyama).


This course is designed for complete beginners, those relatively new to yoga, or anyone who wants to learn about correct alignment and posture in yoga. After completing this basic course you will have the confidence to attend one of our regular small group or beginner classes without feeling out of your depth.
